Is there anything better than Talstar P

I have an elevated camp on the river that I spray bi-weekly with Talstar. I spray the yard, decks, bottom side of the camp, and all over the boat shed. Talstar seems to work well killing the spiders and preventing Dirt Daubers from making a nest but only seems to last a few days. It helps with the mosquitoes for maybe one night.
Is there anything else that may be stronger and would last longer or should i just stick with Talstar?

Suspend polyzone. Talstar lasts longer than one night for mosquito's. Your issue is there is always going to be mosquito's on an elevated camp at the river.

Does Talstar P expire? Google says 3-5 years. I've had mine for a little less than 4 years. Surely its still good right? Stored it in my garage which gets plenty hot.

its only going to kill the mosquitos when they come in contact. so you will have new ones all the time.

Best way to tell if it is expired is to find a bug a spray it. If it doesn't die in a minute then the bifenthrin has been broken down.

Talstar is great but need to alternate and use something else so pests dont develop resistance to it.
Try Cyper WSP. a Generic form of DEMON WP. Its 40% cypermethrin and is a Wettable Powder. After drying the powder residue is left behind and kills up to three months except where can be washed away by rains. Shake well before use as the powder will settle over time. Especially if it sits in a sprayer to be used later.
The 1lb pail will make 49 gal of spray.1 packet per gal of water. It will kill every creepy crawly bug you got.

Bifen xts 25% conc is a regulated pesticide. To purchase it one needs a personal or commercial applicator card.
Only the 7.9% bifenthrin is sold OTC without the card being needed.

Here in Louisiana if you have the card. One can go to a farm chemical place and buy 1 gal of generic bifenthrin 25 ec for about $70. Same chemical as Bifen xts sold for $180 per gallon at Do My Own. It's why I have the card

Go to Palazzo Pest & Lawn on 190/Three Rivers. The guy Paul that owns the place is super helpful and he’ll get you setup.

Not sure if it's better, but perhaps an equal is Suspend SC. It's killing the shite out of spiders, ants, centipedes, scorpions and more at our house. As soon as I run out of it, I'm going to try Talstar to compare and also to rotate. Would be curious to hear from others comparing Talstar & Suspend. Also any input between the different variations of each.
