Do we have video, or is this a camp arm?

Maybe we were excited about the wrong Bryce.

8th QB in the class according to 247composite. He is from North Carolina.

On3 has him as a top 100 player. Would be a big get

Joe Sloan will not be denied a Bryce at QB!

He's 6'2.5 200+, on 3 has him as 74th overall, 10th QB. Of his RPM choices we are definitely best. Looks like a great fall back option to get into the program and start learning

He's higher-rated than George Macintyre who ended up at Tenner.

QB is unlike just about every other position in that if you have a good one you don't expect any of the others to "contribute" that season. Also, no position has been effected more by the transfer rules than QB. Teams can get a great, proven QB, from the portal. However, you still want to sign HS prospects as well to give you the largest pool possible to choose from. A top 100 prospect and top 10 QB prospect is not just "another body". He may never play a down for you, but you want to have the opportunity he might if he's good enough.

Best case scenario is Nuss returns as your starter for next season and you have a handful of guys behind him to evaluate if any can be your starter of the future. No, this guy wouldn't be the #1 prospect overall. But he's not a bum either.

Great recruit to have on the team.
