23:1 odds to win SEC next year. I think those are odds worth a little cash.

I really do think this transfer class is going to be a great addition to what we have. I am not worried about offense. As showed in the CFP semi's, all 4 teams had top 10 to 15 defenses.

We won't know until Clemson, which is already very tough to play your first game at there as a transfer on a new team and new system. I feel there are pieces on the Defense that got helped out. Maybe not top 10, but high enough to where the offense will put up big numbers. Maybe a Top 5-10 offense with 4-5 very good wideouts (AA, Collins, Hilton, Tre'Dez, Brown). Durham, 5 star new RB, and returning Nuss. OL may hurt but that's just too much talent.

If we can have a Top 25-30 defense with a Top 5-10 offense, that's a great chance at SEC title. I love the numbers put up by the Defensive transfers we got.

UT, UGA, Ole Miss and Bama will have new and unproven QBs. TN, UF and TxAM are low key threats. But I like my Tigers.

Those aren’t odds to win the SEC. You may want to read the link.

Those are national championship odds. Much different from SEC title odds.

What’s the rationale for Ole Miss being ahead of LSU? They are losing way more than us, including the starting
QB

"Too much Talent" where?"

All that alleged talent is inexperienced and unproven. (Like Chester and Mubenga last season) Inexperienced and unproven talent in the SEC is a killer for OL's. (Many of you apparently haven't learned this yet)

Moore at Center and Thompson at G/T will absolutely help, but that's not nearly enough. We needed 2-3 more legitimate and proven SEC Caliber starters and BK didn't seal the deal, so let the chips fall where they may in the Fall.

Embarrassing. Talk about underperforming and horrible coaching. BK has at least 1, if not 2 or 3, total crap games every season.

Man, you pretty much take the negative view in every thread. In scrolling through your post history, pretty much without fail, it’s just an unending stream of negativity.

It’s bizarre for a “fan”. You don’t have to be a sunshine pumper (a phrase you throw around a ton) but damn man…is there nothing about any of our programs you can acknowledge positively?

You are assuming that he is a fan. If he is, then he has some serious internal issues. This is true whether he is trolling or being serious. Either way, he is a messed up dude.

it had everything to do with a defense that could not stop a running qb. Alabama will likely be improved without Milroe. I think LSU has brought in the pieces to be able to stop a running qb....and if that is the case, LSU could be very good this year. They have also fixed the interior OL, which should allow for a better running game. This is particularly true since we will have Hilton and a few other speedsters that we didn't have for most of this past year, that will force teams to play their safeties deeper...which will help the run game.

As with most things LSU, alot of potential but still have to execute on it for 13 weeks.

Thats the biggest issue: will they win Game 1 on the road vs a Top 10 Team. If yes that sets the tone if not then we LSU starts the year in the hole again and with no margin of era.
Consistently executing at a high level has not been an BK/LSU strong point.
Harder road schedule, alot of new players and alot of question marks....Let's hope the beat Clemson that will tell us alot to start the year.

LSU is less than 10-1 to win the SEC championship. Your post is very inaccurate

I don't want to burst your bubble, but from Tuesday until August, there are going to be about 135 teams that really feel good about next season.

That might be worthy bet for sure. Concerns for me:
-OL
-QB needs to get rid of ball faster and take the check downs
-Def transfers. I'm not ready to pump up secondary after some "good" transfers. We've been burned with "good" transfers before it probably cost a good chance at a title with JD5.
