re: Angel Reese is a clown

I don’t watch WNBA but I have stopped for a few minutes when surfing if Clark is playing just to see if she launches from logo. Watching Them play is brutal. Just a terrible product. Saw the flagrant by Reece and she was going for the ball but anyone who thinks Clark would be treated like this if she was black lives in la la land. It is a black, lesbian league and they don’t like a white rookie getting the attention. And Reece having yo make a statement that she is also responsible for new viewers watching WNBA is so pathetic. And years from now it will still be losing $50 mil a year. What a joke.

IDK, it could be that she is highly paid, has huge NIL deals, she was the first pick, and white, and a decent human to her fans, and straight, and most importantly has all the attention at the moment!

I was saying this kind of stuff 6 months ago and getting hammered.

She’s trash.

Angel may or may not be a thug, but that play does not prove anything. She was going for the ball, and inadvertently hit Clark’s head. It certainly wasn’t malicious. You could say other plays clearly were and I’ll agree there’s an argument to be made, but not this one. This is overreach.

I am not embarrassed. Angel is the WNBA version of Dennis Rodman. There was seriously weird entertainment value in Rodman.

Exactly she's just playing up her role as a villian...she knows what she's doing, its all a show. She's averaging 12 and 10 as a rookie...pretty good if you ask me

But more people are watching.....? It's a fact

NEW YORK (AP) — The first month of the WNBA season drew its highest attendance since the league’s second season in 1998 and the best television ratings in its history, the WNBA announced Tuesday.

The figures are the latest evidence of the surging popularity of the WNBA since it added prominent rookies including Indiana’s Caitlin Clark, Chicago’s Angel Reese and Los Angeles’ Cameron Brink, all of whom drew big audiences playing in college.

Across ABC, ESPN, ESPN2, CBS, ION and NBA TV, WNBA games are averaging 1.32 million viewers, nearly tripling last season’s average of 462,000, the league said on Tuesday.

The WNBA finished May having sold out more than half its games, more than double the number of sellouts last year. Approximately 400,000 fans have attended games, the most through the first month in 26 years.
