Since the COVID year, Ones SEC win percentage is around 680 the other is around 525…..
This is my biggest reason for wanting to not renew Torina when her contract is up. If you look at the trajectory of the program, we seem to be trending down, or at the very best, we're stagnating. Back in the day, LSU dominated SEC softball. Glenn Moore and Yvette Girouard built us into an SEC powerhouse. To LSU's credit, we tried to poach Bama's coach when Yvette G. retired, but he screwed us and we had to scramble for a replacement, eventually settling on Beth Torina. She did very well at first, but little by little, other SEC schools started to catch up and eventually pass us. First it was Florida, then Bama, then Tennessee, then even Auburn did it for a while. Now Arkansas and Moo State are right there with us. In sports, it's all about what what you done for me lately, and Beth hasn't done a whole hell of a lot. I say give her to the end of her current contract and see where we are. If her next couple of recruiting classes are as great as her supporters claim, then we should see an improvement. If we don't, then make the change. With Texas and OU as in-conference foes now, it's only going to get tougher to get to the WCWS.

OU, Bama, Fla have built sustaining elite programs and are afforded the luxury of more program money. Build it and they will come.
Beth does not deserve that and it is not known that she will succeed if we give her more. It’s an excuse to say that money will solve her woes. Everything you talk about is an excuse to mask her inabilities. Quit making excuses.

Yes I do, how did Lassiter have her best two yrs of career here? How did Franklin a kid with 3 at bats last yr make all sec? Daniel career yrs last 2, Bergeron was All American, Kylee Edwards best year of her career by a long shot at LSU..how all that happen from this piss poor staff lol
