Don't get yourself too emotionally invested in sports. It will drive you nuts if you do. You will have really high highs and really low lows. If you just accept that you can't change the outcome, you'll be just fine. Sports is supposed to be a relief from the every day grind, not something that gives you more stress. We all want to win, but it doesn't always work out that way. I hope my counseling session has helped some people. Just relax.
