I was struggling to stay awake. It was bottom of the 9th and I believe Stanfield had just struck out (could be wrong here).
I said frick this and turned it off and passed out.
Wake up to the news and I feel like such a dumbass for not sticking it out!
Bear walk offs just hit different…
I won’t be a puss anymore! Let’s take the series tonight baws!

Fly out to shallow left-center.

You're repentance has earned you forgiveness.

I was in the parking lot across the street from the Box with my son watching the weather for 2 hours. We had a 2 hour drive home, didn’t look like they would play at that point. We made it home in the first inning. I tried staying awake but crashed in the 8th inning. I’m getting old I guess. We’ll be there tonight, going to get a hotel this time though

Exact same. Made it to the 8th... next thing I remember is waking up at 3am to piss. Checked my phone and saw 6-3 victory. I knew I missed something good.

Should be reserved for fans willing to throw a ball into the field during a hopeless game in the 9th inning.

Don’t feel bad. I went to be when the 8th ended.

that’s a lot more understandable than checking out in the B9. Don’t know how you see those UT errors to start the inning and don’t feel the Box magic and atmosphere is about to impact the game. I felt the momentum swing right there.

Cant believe Vitello let it ride with that rag arm and didn’t even bother getting someone up in the bullpen. Bit him in his arrogant arse. Afterwards he gave up a walk a couple hits and then a bear bomb to walk it off

There’s plenty enough sample size to know by now that you never turn off a LSU game before it’s over.

With that said, we’ll need you to do the same tonight

Went to bed at the end of the eighth inning. Kept thinking this is the Box and these are the Tigers and how many times through the years I’ve watched incredible things happen in the ninth inning. Watching the reruns is great but just not the same as seeing it happen live.

Kick a man while he’s down…. I do dumb things when I’m half asleep.

I wanted to stay awake for the game, I tried to. But I’ve been working 7 days a week since September and I’ve been conditioned to falling asleep before 10:00. Hopefully I’ll be off some weekends now, maybe for the rest of the season.

I wouldn't leave an SEC game but I went home early and fell asleep before we got run-ruled Tuesday Night. We forgive you.

I weighed all options in my mind on going to sleep after Tenner got 3-0 I turned it off pissed and got in bed.

It got to 3-2 and pissed reading and complaining on TD and said at least we didn’t get shut out

Saw 3-3 got up to turn back on a literally first pitch I saw was The Bear Bomb and I was so stunned of what was happening and everyone was asleep I kind of stood there thinking, Tiger fans can thank me later for being a bitch and turning it off.

Don't be ashamed. You were jinxing LSU all night. You turn it off and boom- LSU comes back and wins the game.

Do us a favor, do NOT watch the game tonight.
