NCAA gymnastics bracket set; LSU #1 overall seed. Start April 3rd at 6:00pm.

University park regional
Pod 1
(8)Michigan State, (9) Kentucky, Ohio State, (host) Penn State
Pod 2
(1) LSU, (16) Arkansas, Michigan, Maryland/WVU
For the first time in school history, we are entering the tournament as the #1 overall seed.
How regionals work
Session 1 - Apr 2; 1:00pm.
-Maryland vs WVU will have a play-in to see who makes up the 4th team in pod 2.
Session 2 - Apr 3; noon.
-Pod 1 competes. Top 2 teams advance to session 4.
Session 3 - Apr 3; 6pm.
-Pod 2 competes. Top 2 advance to session 4.
Session 4 - Apr 5; 4pm
-4 remaining teams compete. Top 2 advance to national semi finals.
National finals
Apr 17: 2 sessions of 4 teams each. Top 2 in each session advance to team finals.
Apr 19: “Four on the Floor.” Best score is national champion
All sessions will be streamed on ESPN +

I hate to say that anything is a done deal, but nobody should even pose a threat to LSU. This should be obvious after the first rotation.

I didn't see the show. We're April 3rd and 5th for sure? Not 4th and 6th?

No. 1 LSU will open regional competition in the second session of the NCAA Second Round at 6 p.m. CT on Thursday, April 3 against No. 16 Arkansas, Michigan and the winner of the first round play-in round between Maryland and West Virginia on Wednesday, April 2.
No. 8 Michigan State, No. 9 Kentucky, Ohio State and Penn State will compete in the first session on Thursday. The top two teams from each session of second round competition on Thursday will advance to the regional final on Saturday, April 5, which is set for 4 p.m. CT.
