Do you think the 'current' performance level of LSU's pitching can get them to Omaha?

Get them to Omaha? Yeah.

Our bats will destroy a regional and with Skenes going game 1 in a super, I feel good about winning one of the next two after that.

Now once we get to Omaha, we can definitely still win it all, but to do that, we'll have to go 3-0 in our bracket. We don't have the pitching to win out of the losers bracket.

Yes with our bats we can make it but a Super and Final Series in Omaha in 3 games is questionable at best with what’s happening right now.
We will need to be better at pitching by then.
No Doubt

I guess it's all Johnson's fault that Shores, Noot, Edwards, and Ackenhausen have been hurt. This isn't a coaching thing, we've been bitten by the injury bug and are pitching guys that shouldn't be pitching in this situation. Chill out

Winning 2 of 3 isn't the problem. We've done that all year long.

The issue is having to play 4 or 5 games in the bracket like we did in 2017.

I don't see great pitching depth on any team we have played this year...But not one pitcher has stepped up and progressed significantly this year. Guidry has stepped up and answered but he got alot of physical growth to achieve before he's routinely dominant.

I’ll wait to judge this based off the way pitching looks in late May. You’d be surprised how much a player can change in 40 days.

Ole Miss has 2 starters last year and won it along with a good offense. People forget in 2017 we really didn’t have a Sunday starter settle in until late in the season.

You forgot Taylor. I would say we have been hammered by the injury bug but the pitchers we have not improved at all this year. That is concerning

Hurd needs to shove here and get it done…..if he doesn’t he is probably done with meaningful appearances this year which doesn’t bode well for us.

Lol what?

Walker was solid from day 1 until he got pulled from the Oregon St game and his career ended.
