I sold them on Stubhub and the buyer is waiting for me to upload. Any help is appreciated.

I just had a 45 minute argument with a stub hub representative over someone not being able to download Sam Hunt tickets for tonight. He said they were going to "fine me." I told them I did my job by sending the tickets I sold and that I now understood why LSU and other colleges have dumped them.

They are the worst ticket dealer to mess with

you are much better off using seatgeek which LSU partners with

I never had any issues with stubhub when LSU was affiliated with them though, but haven't used them since LSU switched

When were the tickets available for download? Did you have to wait until the day before the game to deliver to the buyer?

I know in the past I have had to use StubHub on the web - not the App - to get things to work.

Seat Geek has been easy to use.

I listed a few on StubHub for a friend...got an email saying they had been sold and the email gave me the name and email of the buyer...I then logged into the LSU ticket account and initiated the transfer to the buyer...at some point later, I received an email "Your tickets were delivered"...and it was over for me.

Which of these steps have you tried?

Thanks for all of the help. I spoke with Stubhub and had to change to "mobile ticket transfer" and transfer via email. I had them listed as "mobile ticket" and LSU does not allow PDF downloads. Problem solved.

Never upload them to stubhub. Wait until they sale and then transfer directly to the buyer. Never had problems this way.

^^^^

Just like Chicken outlined.

Stubhub is a HUGE ripoff for both selling and buying. I listed tickets one time and they changed the list price. The tickets sold for a fraction of what I’d listed them. I refused to deliver the tickets and used them myself. Stubhub then charged me for not delivering the tickets. Total shite show. Have also heard of people getting to an event with tickets from stubhub and not being able to get in because the tickets had “already been scanned”.

Will NEVER use them again.
