I was in the Delta lounge at the bottom of the Santiago airport when things started shaking and you could hear stuff falling on the floor above. Seemed to go on for a minute or more. I only saw Catholic play one game - against Jesuit. But they are an extraordinarily well-coached team. Everything they did in warmups and the game was done with purpose and conviction and excellent fundamentals. Fundamentally, they looked better than LSU (Catholic could lay down a bunt). ...
I was at that Bama game also. Was great fun. But the most fun is in Tiger Stadium. 1979 USC until the refs stole it. Beating #1 Florida in 1997 Hester beating Florida in 2007 Auburn and Florida games in 2019. But I still think 2003 Georgia is still maybe the best....
