But as things stand right now, I don’t have much faith in this team making a deep postseason run.

Pitching just is nowhere close to where it needs to be and our offense doesn’t have much power, decent average though, just not sure it can keep up in a shootout with the best teams in the country

Got a lot of work to do in the next month if they’re going to make some noise.

The lineup and bullpen are not nearly good enough to win anything.

I’d be shocked if they win the series tomorrow.

Pitching is too, especially in a bracket format

lol what. We didn’t bring in our best pitchers down 1 in 8th. This game is on Jay. It was malpractice not to go to Cowan or Evans this inning.

They will shred our Sunday pitching.

We have to get a lot better that's for sure.if we lose tomorrow, we have to worry about being overtaken by ole miss.

We still have Evan’s and Cowan to hopefully give us 5ish innings between the two

Gonna be tough since both of LSU’s best relievers can give 40+ tomorrow.

This is a good, not great team.

We only have 4 pitchers we can count on

And this lineup has gotten absolutely manhandled by every starter they've faced the past 4 weeekends, even bad ones.

It’s the bats man it’s not the pitching when we have the lead as every team in the league you have Better chance to win! Tennessee is a real good team

It’s funny how you people just lose confidence when this team is losing!

Jay gets credit for hitting the right buttons sometimes, but he has GOT to get some heat on how he has handled this pitching staff for MULTIPLE SEC games.

You try to win the game at hand. 6th inning 2 outs, 2-0 and LSU ha 4 at bats left. The game is still very much in doubt. You would ask Evans to throw 3.1 innings which he easily can do.

Instead, we proceed to play musical chairs, give up 1 run, then hit 2 homers and it is 3-2 instead of 2-2...then we continue musical chairs with guys we know can't do it and we get blown out.

Literally just "hoped" for the best. I understand the "strategy", but you have to be able to adjust. Last night was really lucky, if we didn't have that miracle one inning people would be LOSING THEIR MIND
