Why do orders from fanatics.com take so long?

I ordered a hat six days ago and it’s still showing as processing. When I ordered it, the site told me I’d receive it within 5 business days. What’s worse is this has happened to me three times in the past with the same site and I’m still stupidly ordering from them. Surely others have experienced long shipping times from fanatics.com, right?

Fanatics is absolute garbage. Cheap, thin, and tacky.

Because these products are being mass produced by regional vendors. Nike makes the designs, Fanatics finds the products and then sends to 1 of 100+ factories to have the logos put on. There is no quality control.

Absolutely. It’s a joke how much they’re robbing the fans with the MLB/NBA/NFL jerseys and if you want stitched, they’ll be $300.

They rob people and price gouge so Michael Rubin can throw white parties and pretend like he’s important.
This is something I’ll crusade against. Fanatics has a monopoly and the gear sucks and is not creative at all.
Somehow got downvoted earlier, but I’m gonna put clothing out that is high quality and actually looks good. Stay tuned.

I just got a new shirt in for the South Carolina game. Was worried it wouldn't be in time, I'm leaving Monday the 9th headed to Carolina. I ordered it on Aug 28th it arrived 5 Sep.

Pretty sure the last order I had with them will be my last. Yes, I agree with others, the quality of their products is certainly not worth the prices they charge.

Ordered a Saints hoodie on 8-13, never came in. Followed up with them yesterday and the package was lost so they are sending me a new one... smh

I worked for a Fanatics company brand and some quick insight on shipping is that Fanatics DOES NOT hold the majority of the inventory that is shown on the site - Almost all of it is held at 3rd party companies and operates on a drop shipment process. When ordering you always want to look into the detail box and see if it says "Ships Direct" if so this is a 3rd party inventory hold and generally takes longer to process. #GeauxTigers

My 2023 national championship hat took 6 weeks. Granted I was in the Vail mountains but still not cool.
