Horrible grammar aside, the winners can't be overrated if they're beating "garbage" competition. That would mean they are properly rated if they're rated higher than the "garbage" and winning.

The main point here is that the SEC top half is through to the Sweet 16. Anytime teams show up to the Big Dance as advertised and make the 2nd weekend it's a good year. Unfortunately, it looks like the SEC is going to cannibalize the SEC. That is depth and dominance.
