MHj was a good player. He was just incredibly overrated and players like Nabers were better than him to anyone that was objective

Why do you think the Cardinals scouting department was not objective, just curious

The same reasons scouting departments across the league think Anthony Richardson and Mitch Trubiski and Paxton Lynch, etc are good players

He's not a disappointment, he's a rookie. People somehow convinced themselves that he's Megatron, which was always absurd. If his name wasn't Harrison, he still would have been a first round pick, but not top 5, and certainly would not have won the Bilitnikoff (sp).

The hype was always overblown. Nabers continues to show he was the best out of the two. But the best rookie WR has been Brian Thomas 73 rec 1088 yards 9tds. Harrison has the better QB and has less production to show for.

Are we operating with the assumption a 4.35 isn't blazing speed?

I said before the draft if this guy was named Antonio Smith he would have gone as the 2nd or 3rd WR and wouldn’t have won the Biletnikoff. His name alone was what put him above Nabers.

Honestly should’ve taken Brock Bowers. He is about to break the rookie tight end record.

You misspelled Malik Nabors.

Yeah he's not having a bad year and he's a rookie. Not a disappointment at all.

It's not a bad year for rookie, but 100% a disappointment given his draft spot and hype. I mean Lad McConkey is having a better year than him. You expect a WR picked at 4 to be a game changer, and he just isn't.

Less than a year in and in a redraft he might be the 4th or 5th WR off the board. Not good.

Anybody who defends him and says he’s playing with Kyler should be reminded that Malik and BTJ have Tommy Devito and Mac Jones throwing them the ball and still producing.

MH Jr has been hyped mainly on bloodline his entire playing career. They’re fricking shocked he isn’t becoming what Nabors already is?

Better than whatever the hell Nabers, BTJ, and Bowers have throwing to them.

Rant posters are smarter than NFL scouts. We tried to tell y’all to draft Nabors over Harrison and Daniel’s over the finger nail polish guy

Just because a player was drafted by 1 team does not mean 31 other teams had him rated the same. But they draft these guys because of their physical traits and think they can develop him or coach him up. Not because they are “good players” but because they think there is chance they can be. Richardson has sick athletic skills, he was worth a shot as the 3rd QB taken by a team that needed a QB. It was an upside gamble but they needed a QB so worth a shot

How many of these “high ceiling” guys develop?

The two I’m thinking of who bombed big time were JaMarcus Russell and Kyle Boller, both of which were incredible arms who had ten cent brains.

Anyhoo Heisman consideration has absolutely zero to do with the NFL. They invite the top 4, he finished
4th

The point is he shouldn't have finished 4th. He didn't even have the production of the 4th best WR in college football, much less the 4th best player

Watch him play, he's slow whenever he isnt running in a straight line. Everything turns into a 50/50 ball with Marv and every single week a CB is ripping the ball right out of Marv's hands. 160 pound Xavier Worthy is more physical at the catch than Marv.
