Brawl For All is clearly a bastard child because it is about the one thing in the history of wrestling from 1997 to present that Russo has denied credit for, along with JR, Cornette, Pritchard, and others.

Jim Ross had pushed hard for WWF to sign Dr. Death after his monster All Japan run. Vince wanted someone to be legit tougher than Austin to pose as a credible threat.
