Javier has been scratched from the start due to neck discomfort. Hunter Brown is taking the hill.

So they’re just punting on this season, at this point.

I did the grunt work of digging through our extra innings chokes the last 2 seasons so you don't have to.

1-11 record

The free "Manfred Runner" has scored for us in 9 of 18 innings.

The offense has put up 13 hits in those 18 innings with just 1 extra base hit, 15 strikeouts and only 2 walks with one of them being an intentional walk.

The leadoff batter is 7-16 at moving the runner (2 other plate appearances were a walk and a sac bunt)

The offense is 12-53 (.226) with RISP and 5 of those 12 hits did not score a run.

PrimeTime Money also had some great stats late in yesterday’s DAT. Astros are top 4 in all of the supposed good offensive categories. Yet, they rank 14th in runs, which is really the most important offensive stat.

I’m just tired of the shitty situational offensive approaches. That’s been a problem for a while now.

Maybe Tuck can hit in Tuve and Yordan.

What the hell is wrong with Javier? I see neck. How many ways are there to lose pitchers?

Thx for the homework on extras

Most probably knew how bad it was, but it’s another thing seeing it spelled out

This season is Mets ‘23 Lite

I find myself following with the interest of passing a bad car wreck. And when it gets into comical territory, I think of the Ryan family’s enjoyment in the agony of the Cranes

Pretty much a lock for a 20+ loss April. This is spiraling out of control very quick.

We have the 2nd worst record in the AL, only better than the white sox

Yes, the Oakland A’s who were expected to be historically bad this year have a better record than us

The good news is they’ve just about killed all optimism and excitement I had for the season so it’s all lagniappe from here on.

You know what is often found hanging from the end of a crane?

A wrecking ball.

It's April 21st and 4 of our expected starting pitchers have already gone on the IL. Watch your back Hunter.

Between our 2 first baseman, they're a combined 1-26 with 1RBI with RISP.

Also a bunch of crying babies

Well, maybe that’s a stork, but close enough metaphorically

But the wrecking ball is literal
