Finally watched Quarterback on Netflix and it made me dislike Mahomes

I feel like Kirk came out looking like a very likable person and kind of a goofy dude. Hell even Mariota seems more likable than you would think based off of previous media coverage. Both Mahomes and his wife are super annoying. I went into the show liking Mahomes and came out of it disliking him.

Mahomes, and especially his wife, came out looking good. Especially his wife. I 100% thought she was crazy bitch because she was always around Jackson but she is pretty normal
Mahomes simply works his arse off and then becomes a normal person as well.

Mahomes has too many hangers on like his brother. Kirk seemed pretty cool, even taking out the garbage after a playoff loss.

I got the complete opposite impression. I agree he works his arse off but they did not come off as likable.

I didn't mind Mahomes, but I absolutely came away with a ton of respect for Cousins.
Mariota being a quitter didn't help. I don't see how anyone can like him after that.

But there was nothing negative about Mahomes at all. Seriously, what could you possible say was off putting about him in the show?
I think it showed you how much time these top guys out into it

Agreed it shows how much work they put into it. He and his wife just annoyed the crap out of me. They rubbed me the wrong way from episode 3 on.

I liked Kirk a lot more after the show. Mariota came off terrible quitting on his team. Don't know what could make you dislike Mahomes from that show but yea his wife is annoying.

Every time anything good happened it was “look at me that’s what’s I do” and other arrogant shite. You can just tell he thinks the world of himself.
