Never use StubHub

Bought tickets for tonight’s Pelicans game off StubHub. They didn’t tell me the tix were unavailable until after tip-off. They never fully compensated me either. Pelican officials said to avoid scam StubHub and use SeatGeek instead.
TL,DR: don’t do StubHub

Have never had an issue with stubhub other than fees but they all have that

They were solid until tonight.

There is a delay, since seller has to transfer tix, but not a week later after tip-off. Avoid StubHub.

I read that some people were really getting jerked around on Rose Bowl tickets. It’s a lot to ask people to travel across country and have faith those tickets will be delivered on game day.

Other than robbing you blind with fees I haven’t had a problem.

I purchased 2022 SEC championship tickets using StubHub. Day of the game, 3-4 hrs before kickoff. Tickets were never sent. Instead of tailgating with friends I hadn’t seen in years, I spend the 2-3 hrs before the game on the phone with StubHub being put on hold and talking to nonhelpful people. I end up buying tickets from Ticketmaster at the gate due to the suggestion of the Mercedes Benz Stadium ticket manager. StubHub does reimburse me sometime over the next week, but I missed out on time with friends I hardly ever get a chance to see.

Had the same issue with them. Took my wife to a Pels game for our anniversary. Bought the tickets on Stubhub, but they never came through to my account. Drive all the way to NOLA, still no tickets. After going through the hoops with their customer service line, they sent us replacement tickets which never came through either. They finally got us into the arena right as halftime was ending.
They sent me some free ticket vouchers as an apology, but I won't even use those to avoid going through that again.

I had to wait months to get my $ back for the 2020 UT game that never happened. I had to tell them the event had been cancelled. I was like “How do you not know that already?”

Bought tix a week before game, wasn’t alerted until after game started that I wasn’t getting tix.

I’ve bought tickets on StubHub At least 25 times. We had one issue for the 2012 Sugarbowl where the tickets didn’t scan. They actually had a rep on site (maybe it was just a Superdome employee who could handle it) than gave us two new tickets on the spot (much better seats too)
