So this is available in 17 states at 2:00 central.
Seems to be a new face on the barstool app. It does have a new $1000 deposit match promo for all new users.
How does the deposit match work? If I deposit $1000 and immediately withdraw $1000 will the free play still be there?

My guess is you may have to play through the deposit money once to get the bonus.

A rollover is required and it’s usually 5x or more.
Meaning if you deposit $1K and they give you a $1K bonus, you have to bet through 5x the bonus or $5K worth of bets (to $10K if they include your $1K) before you can ever withdraw a dime.

I found this as the terms. I know you probably won't know until it opens. But does this sound like the bonus funds will there immediately upon deposit?
As in if I have $1000 of bonus bets (Yes I know it will probably be smaller bonus bets) but for the sake of discussion, if I place a $1000 bonus bet of odds at +100 and receive a payout of $1000. Does that count as the 1x play through and it be able available for withdrawl?
Or is it saying after you place wagers of equal to $1000 you will receive $1000 in bonus wagers?

That may not be the case. Still have found hard evidence from anything super official but that seems to be what is out there in multiple places. We should know for sure at 2:00 when the app is available.

I didn’t see anything about a 1x play through, but this was on their FAQs:

Already had a Barstool account so it rolls over to the new ESPN Bet book. Unfortunately that makes me ineligible for the deposit bonus.
However, they do have a promo for existing users to make any wager and receive $200 in free bets, paid out in (4) $50 free bets.

Interesting. I read the terms and it specifically said that anyone who already had a registered account (with Penn/Barstool) before 9 am this morning was eligible.
