Outside the LSU and UGA game, Milroe refused to run very physical enough to even be a RB

Idk how many times he ran OOB well before the 1st down marker even though there was like 1 defender there

Milroe needs to be the fastest dental assistant on the planet.

No surprise, based on the field performance the last few years....

1st Round by school:

Ohio State - 4

Michigan - 3
Georgia - 3
Texas - 3

Surprised to see Will Johnson drop. He must have an injury that's scaring teams

26 of the 32 draft picks came from either the SEC (15) or Big Ten (11). Looking back at 2024, if we group them by the new conferences after the 2025 realignment, it was 25 of 32 from either the SEC (14) or the Big 10 (11). So the current SEC schools had 29 picks in last 2 drafts, while the current Big 10 schools had 22, for a combined 51 compared to 13 for every other team in college football combined.

ESPN, and their incessant need to overhype boring crap has allowed a bunch of these players to make fools of themselves. These players show up to the draft, wearing $5,000 outfits, $4,000,000 worth of jurrey, bringing their momma, all the cousins (who also think they just hit the lottery), their long lost daddy, (who just reappeared but has a really good reason for leaving 20 years ago and is now strangely giving his son life advice), their white girlfriend (who momma don’t like), their white agent with the strange fro, and they sit there all night and then go undrafted. It’s embarrassing for the players and the NFL.

But the great part is the now even longer 5 mile peacock strut the ones who do get drafted get to take all the way across Green Bay.

Jax just way overspent for Hunter. He's a fantastic player but not worth that.

Yeah, I'm not sure you make that move unless you're hunting for a QB in a weak QB class. Well, what's done is done. At least Hunter seems to have his head on straight. Hoping for the best.

A lot of teams are starting to view him as a great receiver first. I think tabbing him as "we just got a great receiver AND a great corner" is likely a mistake. But what if he ends up being a great receiver and even just a good corner? There is value there which is hard to really get your mind around, IMO.

Also if you look at past trades like this, more often that not they end up with the team getting all the picks ending up with a bunch of bums whether or not the guy one team gave a haul for works out or not. Situations like the Bears-Panthers in the last couple of years really aren't all that common. Another one I guess is Texans Browns with Watson, but that was the Browns being stupid for an already established player with a lot of baggage

I thought moving the first round to Thursday was one of the few good changes Goodell has made. The seven hour first rounds with every team taking 15 minutes to make their pick was awful.

I said that on the Saints talk a week or 2 ago

I will never buy the hype on any Kiffin QB coming out until one shows he can succeed in the NFL. It's a system that's as bad at developing QBs as the old Briles system.

I'd take him in a heartbeat as the LSU coach b/c his offense works in college, but it's absolute shite for developing QBs for the NFL

The Saints made multiple trades like this with the Eagles that built them their 2024 title
