Say what you will about falling to a better team, Shedeur was a projected top-five pick at one time who has now fallen out of the first round. He’s cost himself tens of millions of dollars in contract money and is now an all-time draft night dropper. Not good however you look at it

He will still get picked eventually and have a chance to prove his worth if he has any

Would be hilarious if he fell to the 3rd RD

Ehh… projected by some (maybe one or two).

Don’t think McShay had him in his first round mock. Most mocks I saw had him at 21 to Pittsburgh or after that to the Saints or Giants trading back in.

It's crazy how bad the QB class is this year. Ward is even suspect in my eyes

Nobody wants to draft a pre Madonna, for all intensive purposes

I still think he’s a first round talent, but clearly he never separated himself from the rest of the pack to justify the obvious media circus that his draft would entail.

There have been much worse college QBs taken in the first round, but the circus with Shedeur isn’t worth it.

His over under on betting sites was around 15.

He’s fallen out of favor in recent mock drafts, but when mocks began coming out, most mocks had him as high as 2 to the Browns. His fall has been gradual but oh so fun to watch

He was project top 5 by quite a few places until a few weeks ago.

But as far as the latest mocks, yeah the highest I saw him was 21.

Crazy how NFL teams didn’t buy the bullshite espn hype.

This happens every year. What did he do to "cost" himself?... What should he have done different?

Based on what? His physical talent is very, very meh. I’ll give him this, he’s tough as shite. Got the shite beat out of him 2 years ago and got up every time and kept playing

But his absolute ceiling can’t be more than a middle of the pack starter. Not a great athlete in the run game, average at best arm strength, and greatest asset as a passer is accuracy which isn’t elite.

And he comes with all of the baggage with Deion having to not only be involved but the center of attention at all times. No thanks, I’d rather suck this year and take one of the qbs next year that are much better prospects
