That’s not fair. Nebraska had 10 players on the field.

Lower center of gravity to drop bombs. Almost PED level honestly.

Very surprising. I thought all softball players were lesbians.

She's married and will be 24 in a few weeks.

Ridiculous that she was still pitching in college.

Practically 2 months from being 24. She entered college in 2021 and competed in 4 varsity seasons in 5 years. There's absolutely nothing out of the ordinary with her age. Most 5th year seniors are 23 in season.

Probably not a coincidence that she started dating her now husband in 2022 when he was at Nebraska and she was still at OU. Then in 2023 she leaves OU to transfer to Nebraska.

So she's one of the tens of thousands of college students who transfer each year for a romantic relationship. Difference is, hers actually worked out.

She played in 2022 and 2023 for OU.

She transferred home to Nebraska for 2024 but was injured and redshirted 2024.

She played in 2025 and 2026 for Nebraska.

You are actually saying a 1 or 2 year marriage has "worked out"?

bold call

This makes college sports more like medieval wars. Loot and bring home their women. I guess GIs in WWII did that too.

I'm saying a sophomore year college relationship blossoming into a marriage with kids is beating the odds.

It is but with both of them they are small town country folk so I’d expect those types of high school or college sweetheart relationships to work out far more often. She’s a small town Christian girl and he didn’t grow up too far from her on a farm. Farm kids seem to get married young and immediately start families.

So again, doesn't sound like some nefarious situation or ulterior motive. Just two kids in love who wanted to attend college together, as happens all the time.
