Sent from Pittsburgh to Carolina to be WR1 before the season started.
Sent from Carolina to Baltimore because he wanted to be on a winning team.
Refused to play in a game for the Ravens when asked to go in.
Cut by the Ravens, signed by the Texans.
Waived by the Texans after two games.
This dude is speed running a trip to the CFL.

Is that photo just a terrible photoshop job or was he really a captain for the Texans?

He was definitely not a captain

Landry Locker
@LandryLocker
Diontae Johnson made a scene in the locker room after the game where cigars were literally being smoked and the team was bonding, happy to get a W.
It’s very easy to see why Tomlin was over him, not Pickens and Baltimore, one of the best organizations in NFL, bailed.

Receptions by year:
2019: 59
2020: 88
2021: 107 (Pro Bowl)
2022: 86
2023: 51
2024: 33 (four teams)
He’s trending the wrong way.

Your team has made it to the second round of the playoffs and you get waived? Oh yeah, a clear message has been sent around the league.

More like Chase Claypool 2.0.

Ravens claimed him on waivers
now he won't be a free agent until 2/10 and if a team signs him the Ravens could get a comp pick

Pretty savvy move by the raven although it seems extremely unlikely he gets signed to a contract that is eligible to count for the comp pick formula given the whole “being cut by every playoff team in the league in one season” thing

If you have the athletic ability and intelligence for it, a WR3 is one of the best gigs out there. Nobody really expects much from you other than "run your route correctly, catch easier passes, and don't be a raging a-hole."

Like all narcissists, I bet it's someone else's fault
