Tim Wakefield's wife Stacy dies of pancreatic cancer 5 months after Tim's passing

That’s wild. Their cases honestly makes me wonder about something environmental in their home/area
Obviously coincidences happen in life, but a married couple in their 50s both coming down with terminal cancer at the same time is up there

wow. I always joke with my kids and tell them we may never win the lottery or be rich but we can thank god we have our health. Prayers to the Wakefield family

That really sucks for those kids,what a terrible thing to go through for them. Tim used to play minor league ball in my hometown for the old Augusta Pirates . RIP to both of them and best wishes for the kids

I recently lost a parent as well and it sucks. Can't imagine losing both parents in such a short window.
