Todd tweeted this out a little while ago, taking a break for his health and family.

Good. He sounded terrible doing those live shots. Stuttering and looking off into distance when talking. Something was clearly wrong

He did prior to the incident that happened to him on the sidelines last season, but he sounded just as bad or worse on Saturday.

Yes, was hospitalized last year. If he were a serious long hauler, seems like something you would be open about, but who knows. Clearly something seriously wrong.

I noticed this during draft stuff this past March/April, that his face looked noticeably puffy. Maybe it isn't alcoholism, we obviously don't know.

I remember watching the episode he had last year and thought it was booze and benzos. Either way I hope he can get healthy. Have always liked him.

I wonder what kind of punishment the producer gets for letting Todd go on the air like that? Surely someone noticed something in a production meeting.

A guy I know has a bad case of Covid and he got pretty puffy for a while. Hospitalized for over a week, lots of physical therapy afterwards to basically learn to walk again. This was a guy that was in great health, on the skinny side, and when I first saw him in person after he came back from it I almost didn’t recognize him. It has taken several months for him to look normal again

That’s one of my favorite South Park episodes every. Randy when to see the fountain of Mary and was pushing all the cancer patients assured because his alcoholism was just as real.
