Yep, the traditional franchise changing pick 55 was used on the best active player's son.

Should have drafted Wembanyama or Flagg instead.

That’s why we vote Trump. He’s going to invoke Executive privilege so Bronny can’t play an NBA game.

The 55th pick in a 58 pick draft my dude

It’s the perfect chance at a throwaway to do something historic and actually ends up being kind of cool. It’s not like they used their first round pick on him

It’s nepotism in all front office positions in sports, why is it a big deal when a player does it?

Greek Freak’s awful brother has been with the bucks for almost 5 years, why aren’t people freaking out over that?

I have no problems with nepotism in general, but LeBron is the type of loser to have an issue with one form of “privilege” and then use his “privilege” to get his son drafted, it’s hypocrisy.

As a Laker fan, would’ve been pissed if they used a first round.

But a late 2nd rd, meh…

It's official. LeBron fans (not Laker fans) just assume he can do no wrong. Even when he forces his team to draft a dogshit player that will likely never contribute anything to the team. It's pretty amazing to watch all their reasoning, honestly.

The 17th man on the roster w/a two way contract is NOT going to be why a team wins or loses.

Even if Bronny makes the official 15 man roster it still wouldn't matter.

How often does any 13-15 dude on the team play? Almost never.

This isn't a big deal at all. Also, lol at anyone complaining about nepotism when the Lakers front office has been nepo city ever since Dr Buss bought the team.

I’ve always hoped that since Shaq left. I can’t hope it any stronger. This doesn’t move the needle on my hatred for the Lakers.

What is wrong about wanting to play with your son?

The Lakers wanted to do that for him. They just forced everyone else who wanted to draft Bronny to not do so.

Why are you guys so angry about this?

They still had a top 10 (arguably top 5) draft by getting future 6th man of the year Dalton Knecht at 17

Y’all realize Gianni’s’ brother has been sitting on the bench collecting a NBA salary for years? No value other than he’s Giannis’ brother
