What exactly is DirecTV Sports Central & why are they advertising like it's Sunday Ticket

Directv loses Sunday Ticket to Yotube TV.... Yet they hire Travis Kelce to ad blast DirecTV "sports central" all over NFL games like they still have nfl Sunday ticket.
What am I missing here? Does this not seem like a collosal waste of millions and millions in ad spending?

It’s a program to access the apps you pay for and watch the games from there.
If you have Amazon Prime you put your subscription information into Direct TV and then you can watch the Thursday night game on Direct TV without first accessing Amazon.
Same with ESPN or the NFL package.
So it is just a hub for the other apps you pay for.
Complete waste of money to advertise this unless they want the customer to think they will get games without the other subscriptions first.

Thats what is so perplexing. Why spend all this $$ to advertise a product that basically doesn't do anything but arrange your already bought subs and act like it's a big deal.
