Who is the best QB to NEVER win a SB?

I think most of us would agree it’s Dan Marino right? If you don’t agree, who is your pick? Honorable mentions? I feel like Warren Moon, Randall Cunningham, Fran Tarkenton, and Dan Fouts round out my Top 5

A terrific example of why anyone citing team accomplishments when discussing two players is a moron. Can't tell you how many times I've seen arguments about two CFB players at the same position try to be won with "well one has a natty and one doesn't". Foolish.

Had he continued level of play he was performing at over a good period of time but not won a SB, he’d have to be considered for Top 5 on that list. But he got beat the hell up and decided to walk away healthy.
