After releasing films such as Run, Hide, Fight, Shut In, Terror on the Prairie, and What is a Woman, The Daily Wire is producing and releasing their most ambitious project to date: a series of Arthurian legend novels known as the Pendragon Cycle.
The series tells the story of King Arthur from the point of view of Merlin: famed sorcerer, best friend, and primary adviser to the Once and Future King. Currently in pre-production in Hungary, the seven-part miniseries will be directed by Daily Wire co-founder and CEO Jeremy Boreing and will star newcomer Tom Sharp in the lead role of Merlin.
Deadline
As a fan of Arthurian legend, I am definitely looking forward to this miniseries.

To achieve this dream, Merlin will have to overcome ancient evils and navigate both the fall of the Roman occupation and the rise of Christianity in search of a king who can unite the Island of the Mighty.

Boreing stepped down as CEO to devote himself to this full time. He always wanted to work in Hollywood before the daily wire and now he gets his chance.

I thought this was going to be about a very different ya novel series called Pendragon which was about interdimensional travel.

Everything I've watched on Daily Wire has been solid. No reason to think this won't be.

Can Gina pull off Guinevere?

Which do we think will be a better adaptation of the source material after this is released?
1. "Rings of Power"
2. "The Witcher" season 3
3. "Wheel of Time"
4. "Pendragon Cycle"
ETA: Downvotes without comment are an admission that you know this "Pendragon Cycle" adaptation will be the best of the 4 options.

Well it's a thought experiment really.
I agree with you that Witcher season 3 is the closest adaptation of the others.

I haven't watched any movies Daily Wire has produced, except "What is a Woman", which was fantastic. Not because of politics, just genre.
They are putting out stuff that thematically should be on Lifetime, or an after-school special.
I may watch Pendragon, though

Run Hide Fight was fantastic. Hyperions was decent. They also have some pretty good kids content. The Adam Carolla stand up stuff is pretty good too.
I still need to watch Terror on the Prairie and Shut In.

So you're saying a film about a mass shooting in a school (Run, Hide, Fight) should be on Lifetime?

It was about a school shooter

With a synopsis like this:
I can definitely see a film like that ending up on Lifetime. The synopsis of Run Hide Fight is a little different, however:
I've seen Run Hide Fight and it's essentially Die Hard in high school.

Trevor is a troubled high school student, thanks to the effects of bullying. This is the story of his fight to break free.

17-year-old Zoe Hull uses her wits, survival skills, and compassion to fight for her life, and those of her fellow classmates, against a group of live-streaming school shooters.

It certainly depends on how it's filmed but there's literally a movie on Lifetime Movie Network right now about a girl who was kidnapped, held captive, then plots her escape from a serial killer's apartment.

So....The Silence of the Lambs?

Look...Lifetime is definitely a network that has their own specific style of film but a lot of their plots can be found in mainstream movies that are absolutely not Lifetime flair. Like you said...it depends on how it's filmed.
The way Daily Wire films their movies (whether it be Run Hide Fight, Shut-In, or Terror on the Prairie) you can absolutely tell that they aren't Lifetime movies. Run Hide Fight was very chaotic, grainy and portrayed violence very graphically and contained nudity. That isn't a Lifetime movie that I've ever seen.

Yeah, it all depends on how it's filmed.

RHF, Hyperions, and Shut in were solid.
Terror on the Prarie was slow but beautiful and brooding.
None of them sucked and that’s all I ask from Right Wing/religious film makers.
Also regarding Boreing, he actually did a good bit of Bible study with Joel Moore and Zach Levi when they were up and comers. Regardless of your politics, he’s an interesting guy who carved out his own media empire, love him or hate him.
