Does anyone watch movies like "a Serbian film" or "the house that jack built"?

I literally couldn't get past the first five minutes of a Serbian film. Once I saw that little boy watching dad rail a chick in a porno movie, off it went. I knew right then and there, this was going to go very badly.
Anyway, how do people stomach movies like this?

Eh. I watch twisted shite just because I find the depravity fascinating. I gave A Serbian Film a full watch once. Never again.

The House That Jack Built wasn't very graphic at all. The subject matter was disturbing but there wasn't a lot of blood or graphic violence on camera.

Yeah, I don't understand how any person could watch A Serbian Film. What would compel a person to watch something like that? I can't think of any valid reasons. I wouldn't classify The House That Jack Built in the same category. Nowhere near, actually.
