Most famous one word movie quote? It has to be "Rosebud". Citizen Kane is widely considered to be the greatest movie ever made but the biggest takeaway scene from that film is Charles Foster Kane's death scene when he collapses and utters the word "Rosebud" before elapsing from the world.
