Point Break vs The Fast and the Furious

Since they're essentially the same movie, a breakdown of each is called for.
Swayze vs Diesel: winner Swayze, close, but Swayze is simply more charismatic.
Keanu vs Paul Walker: both are bad "surfer dude" actors, but the legend of Keanu takes the prize.
Street Racing vs Surfing: although surfing is cooler, street racing lets you do a lot more with a story. Winner-racing.
Lori Petty vs Jordana Brewster: no need for debate, Brewster by a landslide.
Wild Cards: Angelo Pappas vs Ja Rule/Hector/Johnny Tran/LAPD, etc. Doesn't matter, Bussey by a mile.
Better Ending: Utah Letting Swayze go after tracking him for a year, or Brian giving Toretto his car after the drag race.
Tie: Although the Point Break ending is better, Swayze had become such a psychopath by the end of the movie you have no sympathy for him.
Toretto on the other hand becomes a more likeable character the further the movie goes and you root for him to get away.
So, the overall winner is: Point Break, by a very, very slim margin. And it's probably only because of Swayze and Busey. Plus it was better directed and shot, way better. Kathryn Bigelow directed Point Break, Rob Cohen directed Fast and Furious, enough said.
It cannot be underestimated though what Fast and Furious has become, perhaps the #1 or 2 franchise in the world. Essentially, there is no wrong answer here.

Yes there is. And the fact that you don't know is sad.

Point Break is better than Fast and the Furious.
But the Furious franchise has several films that are much better than Point Break.

This matchup would be better suited with the Point Break remake.
Which aside from the cheap assed, lazy namerip was an ok action flick.
