Not sure what movies you’ve seen or what horror movies you like.
Assuming you want stuff from the last 5 years:
Ready or Not: Fun horror comedy about a woman being welcomed into a billionaire’s family
Barbarian: this movie works on so many levels. I somewhat understand why everyone doesn’t love it but regardless, it’s a very solid movie. It’s about a woman who double books an airbnb with a strange dude
X/Pearl- I love Pearl. Both X and Pearl are good. X is a horror movie about a porn being shot on an old couple’s farm. Pearl is the drama prequel
Last Voyage of the Demeter - not perfect but fun retelling of Dracula’s journey from Romania to England
Scream 6 - my second favorite scream movie
Evil Dead arise - solid entry into the series. Unique while still fitting into the evil dead universe
Infinity Pool- not sure this is a horror movie but it’s a fricked up sci/fi horror movie about Americans who travel abroad and do stupid shite. Very…. Graphic.
Bodies Bodies Bodies- do you hate Gen Z. Do you want to see a movie of all the worst Gen Z stereotypes dying in dumb ways? I quite enjoyed this.
Renfield: innocent/fun story that’s fun to watch Nicholas hoult and nic cage go at it.
Smile: borrows from many horror movies but does it all very well
Many more but this should be a start at least

The Wailing. Prime/Hulu I believe.

I'll second Evil Dead Rise. That one surprised me with how good it is. Effects were fantastic

I need to put a thread together with all of these threads. Looks like that time again.
I watched The Wailing and Gerald’s Game this week and both were good (Wailing was great).

This is my post that I usually post in these threads:
This is asked often around here. This was one of my responses several years ago with some solid recs and a solid list of threads with recs.
I'll echo some of the ones mentioned here.
As Above, So Below was surprisingly great to me. Pretty cool concept that I feel like they pulled off really well. It's really, really creepy and well done.
Babadook wasn't too great IMO, but it was decent (I just didn't like the ending).
Cabin in the Woods was great, especially if you like meta with your horror. It's fantastic (both as satire and a legit horror movie).
The Houses October Built was decent, but the ending was sort of weird and confusing.
Agree that the first Paranormal Activity was solid. It would've been one of the best horror movies I had ever seen had the trailer not completely ruined the ending. I was super pissed about that.
I've heard good things about It Follows, but I didn't like it near as much as most people on this board. It was just decent, and pretty overrated IMO.
If you like weird, sort of fricked up ones, Megan is Missing is not too bad (but it's pretty twisted though). May not be straight up horror though.
I thought Black Death was pretty solid. Plus, Sean Bean is in it, and he's awesome.
Zombeavers was mentioned, and while it's obviously stupid as frick, it's a fun watch.
House of the Devil is a good, slow-burn horror/thriller, and a throwback to old school horror movies.

I go more classic than modern but the following come to mind-
Cabin In The Woods
The Omen (original)
Jacob’s Ladder
Phantasm
The Descent
Cabin is probably the best one I’ve seen in a long time, especially if you are a fan of the genre and have seen a number of them.
