Can we keep some Scalosian water on board to fight battles and make repairs?
Did I miss something or can they not go into an accelerated state and come back to normal time with no repercussions?
I'm sure there are other crazy plot holes, but this one always bothered me. This stuff is super useful. Lets use it once then never again?
What other things do they find that is useful and can be used with no downside, but you never hear about it again?

The censors didn't want to keep the scene where Kirk sits on the bed and puts his boots on (implying he and the chick had sex) but since it was necessary to the plot they let it stay in

Thats right, thank you! I forgot about that. It did have at least some potential downfall.
Ok, how come they didnt bring some Hortas to other mining planets? I love them pizza looking No Kill I things.

This isn't THAT far removed from the time when Ricky and Lucy had separate beds because having just one bed would imply they were having sexy. Just 9 years from the end of I Love Lucy to the beginning of Star Trek.

I know TNG and DS9 get pretty Me-So-Horny at times, but it surprising how much the pushed it in the 1960's. The boots and fixing up her hair are pretty on the nose.
