Definitely a ton of honorable mentions too. He's made so many good movies... Dude is a megastar and has had an amazing career of great movies. Hard to pick the best 5.
1. The Last Samurai
2. Edge of Tomorrow
3. Rain Man
4. MI 3 (Phillip Seymore Hoffman being in this helped it a lot too)
5. War of the Worlds

Collateral
Magnolia
Color of Money
Eyes Wide Shut
Interview With The Vampire
I miss when he actually took on some creative risks/challenges. He's a very, very versatile actor and he's chosen to relegate himself solely to blockbuster franchise schlock. Not that the MI movies are bad, I just liked seeing him in a variety of roles in the past

I'd argue Vanilla Sky is his most underrated.

Worst 5 movies
#1 Valkyrie (when he tried to take out Hitler)
#2 Cocktail (he had every man wanting to franchise the bar concept)
#3 Far and Away (Costner should have starred in this)
#4 Knight and Day (ended Diaz career)
#5 The Mummy (how dare he take over from Brendan Fraser)
