Who was the coolest nerd in “Revenge of the Nerds”? (the first one)

Of all the nerds, who would you hang with IRL?
I’d have to go with Poindexter. He just seems like a funny guy, even though he may not realize it.
Booger was too nasty to hang with, and Lewis and Gilbert were just too much of super dorks.

Good creative topic OP. Today, Lamar would be the most successful...cause...ya know, and Poindexter was hilarious, but Lewis did bang the beauty queen and always wanted to be one of the cool kids. Or maybe the kid turned out to be the coolest one? Poindexter or Lewis I guess.

Booger and no one else was close. He reminded me of the Bluto character from Animal house, someone that stood out. He wasn't as socially awkward unlike the rest of the nerds were and thought outside the box like bringing pot to a party that was boring. I don't consider him or even Lamar to be true nerds that were as booksmart as the rest but were social outcasts that didn't fit in any particular group.

Lambda Lambda Lambda was going to reject them. The nerds joining an all black fraternity was a ballsy move. But according to the rules, they had to put them on a 30 day probationary period or something like that. After getting back at the Alpha Betas, they were finally accepted as full membership.
Booger might be a bum compared to the rest of the nerds but I doubt the nerds would get as far in the movies without Booger. He becomes an attorney which was a big help for the nerds in the later movies.

IMO, the first one is the only one I'm going to go with because the others just weren't as charming.
