Oh yeah that looks awesome

And that ending actually wish Bill Hader was in the other role and bring back the chemistry from Barry

I get that but Rhys is usually great in everything.

This looks weird enough and maybe legit creepy enough that I'm interested.

And with AppleTV's track record, I'm confirmed in.

Apple TV is the best streaming service out right now, by a wide margin.

Quality over quantity definitely applies to Apple TV.

I watched the first two episodes. A good balance of humor and horror and you can tell the horror is only getting started. It’s more creepy than scary, but there are a few moments that got me, especially in episode 2.

Yup. Really enjoyed the first 2 episodes. Really well written and acted. Story pulled me right in. Great balance of comedy and creepy.

It still blows my mind how many people I meet that have never seen anything on Apple

I was at a party last weekend and we were talking about shows and I mentioned your friends and neighbors. When I said it was on Apple, they looked at me like I was an alien and asked what shows were on it.

I was like “where do I start?” they all watch all that slop on Netflix.

How is it so far? Almost started it last night. Matthew Rhys seems to be in everything now.

Watched it last night. I’m intrigued but I feel like it’s lacking just a little bit. Like others have said it’s a mix of comedy/mystery. But I feel like it needs either a little more comedy or a little more mystery. Hard to explain. I’ll keep watching though.

I have no complaints after the first two episodes. Rhys and Root are great so far. A good mix of horror and humor and the supporting cast play the part of weird, isolated island people very well. There’s a guest actor in episode 2 that you will enjoy.

There aren’t any spoilers in this thread so far. The few of us that watched all enjoyed it.
