Help Needed - Ticketmaster ticket resale

Hey all, this question I have is actually for a comedy show (Chappelle/Rogan at Smoothie King on 10/28), but I figured some folks here are familiar with the process. I have three tickets but I cannot make the new date they rescheduled for, and I missed the window to get a refund through ticketmaster, so I was going to try to sell them. On the app, the options for "Transfer" or "Sell" are greyed out. Will I still be able to sell these? My understanding is they will send me an email the day before the show with the actuall digital tickets; at this point if I had them sold to somebody could I just email them the tickets?

I don't think you can email ticketmaster tickets any more. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Only time I sold some you had to transfer them within the app.
The sell/transfer options usually aren't available until the tickets are loaded in your app.

That's the best way to go if you trust the person you are selling / transferring the tickets to. If you try to resell your tickets through ticketmaster or a 3rd party app like stubhub, they are going to take a % of what your sale price is.

I hope this is not the case, but I'm not able to verify one way or the other so far.

You’ll have the tickets on your Ticketmaster account 24 hours before the event. At the time you’ll be able to transfer the tickets to the buyer.

This is good to know, although I still haven’t found a buyer, so it looks like I’ll reduce price on them, try to at least get a portion back
