This organization refuses to have hard talks. These people make millions yet the organization doesn't want to let them go because they are nice

By all accounts Willie is a good guy that people like. I don’t the players like dislike him but also understand he’s lacking in the Xs and Os department. Putting him in the front office wouldn’t be a bad decision. Go get Taylor Jenkins, Mike Malone, or someone that understands the modern NBA on the court

He’s going to transition into scouting, he was in the Saints war room to see how to do it.

i'm totally fine with that... Willie Green, as a man, as an assistant coach, as a voice in the building, as a person with experience in the NBA, all that is fine... Willie Green as a head coach, that's the problem...
I have no problem with him at ANY other position in the organization, just not at head coach
