Is Sanders the real life version of the QB from Draft Day?

Remember the Narcissistic QB who was represented by Diddy freaking out because he wasn't drafted in the First round? Is Sanders the real life version of this character? Also I think it was really messed up of that kid to prank call Sanders pretending to be Micky Loomis.
