13yo steals woman’s purse, punches her in the face, other teens ransack her belongings

A 13-year-old Washington boy was arrested earlier this month after he snatched a woman’s purse at a Seattle pharmacy and punched her in the face when she confronted him, authorities said.
The incident in the 2600 block of Southwest Barton Street on April 6 was captured on the pharmacy’s surveillance camera.
The video shows two teens walking up to a woman near the entrance of the pharmacy when one of the teens swipes her purse from her hands.
As the woman chases the teen outside the store, the contents of the purse are strewn onto the sidewalk. Other juveniles can be seen in the video picking up the items that fell out.

I'm not sure this problem can be fixed (absent a draconian solution that would never occur or be accepted). Kids having kids who have kids ... and the cycle continues.
These kids are feral. There are a lot of good kids in every group, but the feral kids ruin it and exert a troublesome influence.

You could eliminate this in one generation. Require every person receiving welfare to get sterilized. You have no constitutional rights to welfare nor having kids; so, you have a choice to make: have kids, or receive that check. There is no justification for the producers of this society to pay non-producers to procreate the very offspring who victimize us - and that we would have to support with our tax dollars when they are non-producers.
It would be very interesting and amusing to watch the mental gymnastics the liberals and Democrats (and all the moderates on here) would go through fighting this after bleating about "Choice!" for half a century as it pertains to abortion.
