Warm it for 35 seconds in the microwave and it’s incredible. But of course 1 honey bun in a package is considered 2 servings. How many of you eat half of a honey bun?

So one serving is 295 calories.

I have a friend that does that when we go to their camp. Imagine a honey bun for breakfast that’s a thousand calories. Makes my toes swell just thinking about it.

It’s basically bread, which is basically wheat. So it’s healthy.

I do love that most of the south was raised to consider a honeybun a legitimate breakfast item.

I’ve eaten pounds of cookie dough in the past month. I’ve worked a lot of it off in the cardio room

Honey buns are kind of last resort for me. But I have never been disappointed with one. It is what is and tastes good
