Crime Bluff

Was there a few weeks ago and White Hall is where most smart people have moved to. Very nice area

If crime wasnt so bad and the town had high speed internet they should market it as being for remote workers.

Im sure the houses need a fair amount of work though...

You got to have residents that want change and it begins with the city council.

Pine Bluff doesn't have that and want to keep the city the way it is.
