She's just an ugly woman. She's actually had a pretty lengthy acting career, probably credited to her very unique look(she's 6'3'' former bodybuilder).

Pretty sure she's the "rule of thumb" girl from the beginning of Boondock Saints. Granted, she seems to be missing her tattoos but those might have been painted on for the movie.
