She has four kids… a family member of mine knows one of her daughters.
Wealthy family… It is suspected that the husband killed her and buried her somewhere in the hill country...

UPDATE: Brad Simpson was arrested for his wife's murder last Thursday, even though her body has not yet been recovered...
The arrest warrant was unsealed today and it details some of the evidence against him...
AFFIDAVIT: Brad Simpson had trash bags, bulky item wrapped in tarp after wife Suzanne Simpson’s disappearance

It’s always the spouse in these situations where’s there’s no evidence of a kidnapping

All over my FB. He's guilty as hell.
But the neighbor is a real idiot.
He sees the husband assaulting the wife...does nothing.
Then he sees them walk off and hears her scream. Does nothing.
What a fricking moron.

He looks too happy to be rid of her for it not to have been him.

She's likely somewhere near Bandera. I believe he had a ranch there.
About an hour there. An hour to bury her or just dump her. An hour back.
I'd be looking for vultures along the route to his properties.

My ex was friends with her in college.. different years.. but I don’t remember her..
Husband seems pretty guilty for them to have have arrested him.. i’m guessing she may never be found

Here's some snippets from the OP's linked article for the board's ease of reference...
quote:
During a press conference Thursday evening, October 10, Olmos Park Police Chief Fidel Villegas said a search of the family home in the 500 block of East Olmos Drive yielded no concrete evidence that would point to Suzanne Simpson’s whereabouts or ultimate fate.
Even the couple of items located in the wooded area across from the home, where screams were heard shortly after a physical fight between Brad and Suzanne Simpson, were determined to be unrelated to the case.
quote:
While initially cooperative, says Villegas, Brad Simpson has gone silent, lawyered up while in prison on a domestic violence and restrain charge tied to witness testimony Sunday night.
In fact, he failed to show up to promised secondary interviews before he was ultimately arrested in Kendall County, about 30 miles north of San Antonio, in the very early hours of Wednesday night.
Brad Simpson appears to have sent detectives on a bit of a chase once he failed to cooperate. Once he first spoke to officers after reporting his wife missing Monday, October 7 – roughly 24 hours after she was last seen – he didn’t return to the family’s Olmos Park home.
Instead, a warrant for his arrest shows he went to a family home in Bandera County.

Giant house. Attractive wife. Guy looks like a tool bag from other pics. Definitely guilty

And One is young enough that she needs to be picked up from school.

quote:yeah, maybe he was afraid of snitching on Brad. But how can you witness those things and not report it right away?

Barbara Clark fears daughter Suzanne Simpson, missing for a week, is no longer alive
Sad...
He likely buried her somewhere on a ranch, but hard to believe with cameras everywhere that they don't have a better idea where he might have gone...
The chief of police has already blamed a shortage of officers for why things are progressing slowly...

"Suzanne and I had an opportunity to talk an hour before a lot of this has happened and I don’t understand why and what happened and I hope someday I will be able to understand the situation," said Barbara.
Clarks said Suzanne called her the night she was last seen, asking Barbara to watch one of her four children while she went to a friend’s party. Suzanne ended up changing her mind and later that night, Barbara said Suzanne called her again to tell her about an altercation Suzanne had with her husband, 53-year-old Brad Simpson.
"My speculation is maybe the whole thing is alcohol-related because when she got back, she called me up and told me the things that Brad had done to her physically," said Barbara.
quote:
Barbara said that wasn’t the first time Suzanne and Brad had a disagreement and Barbara was going to ask Suzanne to leave.
"Well I came up with an alternative plan for her and hoped that she would move in with me and have her little toddler go to the elementary school in my neighborhood, I never got to tell her the plan," said Barbara.
