Are stretch dress pants the greatest invention of menswear since wrinkle free?

I still have my nice suits and pants for the appropriate occasions. But for everyday office business casual wear, its like wearing fricking sweat pants to work.
Favorites are Lulu's ABC pants and any of the Jcrews.

Been in the game for about a year now. Sweatpants to work is the best way to describe it. Won't ever change back.

We really reached the top of the mountain when better companies started doing it (Peter Millar, Lulu, Bonobos, Orvis, Tommy Bahama, etc.).
