Instead of going to jail you can get sent to I10 just west of the bridge in Port Allen. You never actually get out of jail - you're stuck there until the game ends.

They took away all the go to jail cards unless you live on the south side of the board

When going to jail, if you get Judge Eboni Rose, you actually get $50 and leave jail immediately with 2 free turns.
