That’s who I’ll be up against and I know she is one good one.

After speaking to some lawyers, I found out that many women want their new boyfriend at the house for Christmas.
Really? I have to disagree with this.
Most family law attorneys that I've spoken to advise their clients not to "shack up" because it is a bad look for the judge in their case, and sleeping around can have a detrimental effect on the kids.

That’s the official answer. The real reason is the shacking up throws kerosene on the whole divorce process and peoples emotions make everything harder for the divorce lawyer to wade through.
On a serious note, you are going to get through this eventually and life will improve drastically. A year from now when the dust settles, you will love the new normal. Just take it one day at a time.

Yes I am aware of this as I have been through child support payments previously. I do, however, want representation.

Yea I need one too. My wife filed while I was in rehab getting of the liquor earlier this year. It’s becoming reality that I cannot do enough to fix things

You can thank me when its all finished.
FYI, this is the best if money isn't much of an issue.

I feel your pain. I didn’t want this bit in reality, I have to start fighting for myself and my kids.
