Can you get car inspection in rain?

Didn't they change law to allow this now? Just tried to get inspection sticker but was told there were no inspections due to the weather.

try the place on jefferson behind philly me up.
they do the inspection inside of a little shop and the only driving they do is pulling the vehicle into the shop.

I thought I remember something about them changing it also, but I guess I am wrong.
That being said, the last 3 inspections I've had were performed inside a shop. Why the frick can't they inspect if its raining outside?

Checked online and says law was changed in 2014. Guess this place just doesn't want to do it.

The place on Old Hammond just past Millerville says they do inspections rain or shine.
